MEG PRIEST

The idea and name for The ESP Files, ironically, came to me in a dream. I created this Flowlab game as my final project for my Game Art class in my junior year of high school. 

Taking place decades into the future, psychiatry has developed a new form of trauma recovery called "dream therapy", which allows the patient to, quite literally, fight their inner demons in their dreams. Traveling through different and increasingly darker dreamlands, the protagonist collects gems and defeats the ghosts spread throughout. 
 

Protagonist and gem assets are edited sprites from Flowlab. All other pixel assets were created using Piskel. Backgrounds were created in Adobe Photoshop. 

Level music is from various Pokémon games and are the property of GAME FREAK™.
